When you sign in to SubClik
Signing in to the office portal or the engineer workspace uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the application to work:
- Sign-in cookies keep you signed in securely. They are removed when you sign out.
- Firm selection remembers which company you are working in if your account belongs to more than one.
- Interface preferences, such as hiding the setup reminder in the office portal.
The engineer workspace can also keep job pages and unsent changes on the phone, so that work recorded without signal is not lost. This data stays on the device until it is sent or the engineer removes it.
Your choices
Because these cookies are needed for signing in, they cannot be switched off while you use the application. You can delete them in your browser settings at any time, which signs you out.
