Connected to the tools you already use.
Invoices go to Xero by themselves, jobs appear in your engineers’ calendars, and printer problems and new jobs post to your team chat. Nothing is typed twice.

Xero: invoices and payments in step.
Connect Xero in a few clicks: sign in to Xero, choose your organisation, and you are done. From then on, every invoice and credit note goes to Xero when it is issued, with VAT on each line. Customers are found in Xero by name, or added if they are new.
When a payment is recorded in Xero, for example from your bank feed, the invoice is marked paid in SubClik too, so your overdue list and payment reminders stay right.
Jobs in the calendar on every phone.
Create a private calendar link for all jobs, for the office, or for just your own jobs, for an engineer. Add it once to Google Calendar, Outlook or the iPhone calendar and the jobs appear there alongside everything else; the calendar app refreshes it on its own as visits are planned and moved.
Turn a link off at any time and calendars using it stop updating.
Alerts in your team chat.
Send events to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Zapier or Make: printer problems such as jams, error codes and low toner, a new job, a job completed, an invoice issued and an invoice paid. Choose which events go to which address.
Every message is signed, so your own systems can check it really came from SubClik. A test button sends a sample before you rely on it.

Your data, for your own systems.
Create API keys in the portal and read your printers, their daily meter readings and their problem history, or download a month’s readings as a CSV file. For example GET /api/v1/readings.csv?month=2026-09.
Prefer email? The monthly meter readings email and CSV export give you every printer’s start, end and copies for the month.
What you stop doing by hand
Retyping invoices
Issued invoices and credit notes appear in Xero with the right customer and VAT.
Chasing paid invoices
Payments recorded in Xero mark the invoice paid in SubClik.
Copying jobs to calendars
Engineers see their jobs in the calendar they already use.
Watching screens
Problems and new jobs come to the chat your team already reads.
How it works
- Step 1
An owner or admin opens Integrations in the portal and connects Xero.
- Step 2
Add a webhook address from Slack, Teams, Google Chat, Zapier or Make, and pick the events.
- Step 3
Engineers add their own calendar link to Google Calendar, Outlook or their iPhone.
- Step 4
From now on invoices, payments, jobs and alerts flow on their own.
Also connected: QuickBooks Online (the same as Xero), GoCardless Direct Debit (each invoice collected on its due date) and Stripe card payment links. Planned: Sage Business Cloud; until then, export invoices as a CSV file or read them through the API.
