Is there a contract?

No. You pay monthly and can cancel any time. If you pay yearly, you get 2 months free.

Is there a set-up fee?

No. On Business we also help you move your customers, machines and readings in. On Solo and Team you can import them yourself from Excel or CSV, and we are happy to help.

Who counts as an engineer?

Anyone who takes jobs in the engineer app. Office users (dispatchers, accounts, managers) are free on Team and Business. Your customers' portal logins are always free.

What is not included?
