How to test it

Short scripts for the office and the engineer. Open one, follow the steps in your demo, and you will have seen the whole day of a copier service business in about half an hour.

Test the office panel

On a computer. You are the owner of the demo firm, so every part of the office is open to you.

1. Look around the service desk2 min
  1. 1

Service desk. After signing in you land on the Service desk: open jobs, To approve, Unassigned, Needs attention and Completed, to review. Click a tile to filter the list below.

  2. 2

The bell. Top right: everything that needs the office now (jobs with no engineer, an engineer without parts, overdue invoices, meter readings to check). Each line opens the right page.

  3. 3

The printer button. Next to the bell: printers and toner only (toner to send, printer errors, printers that stopped reporting), so a big fleet never fills the desk.

  4. 4

Menu. On the left, sections fold open: Jobs & planning, Customers & machines, Finance, Parts & vans, Team, Administration. On a phone, the bar at the bottom and Menu.
