One calendar, coloured by engineer.
See the month, the week or a single day. Each engineer has their own colour, chosen in the team settings, and visits that nobody has taken yet are shown dashed.
Drag a visit to another day, another time or another engineer. In the day view the engineers sit side by side, so gaps are easy to spot.
Engineers see their own calendar on the phone, alongside their list of assigned jobs. With a private calendar link, jobs also appear in Google Calendar, Outlook or the iPhone calendar.
A chat that knows about the jobs.
Every firm has a team conversation, people can message each other directly, and each job has its own chat between the office and the engineer assigned to it.
Send photos, PDFs and office documents up to 25 MB. Read ticks show when a message was seen; unread counts, a pop-up and desktop notifications make sure nothing is missed. You can delete your own message for everyone within 48 hours.

Response times in view.
Each job carries the response times that apply to the customer: accept by, arrive by and fix by. The service desk shows how much time is left and which jobs are late or due soon.
