Delete a draft invoice

Remove a draft you do not need. Its jobs go back to Ready to invoice.

Where: Finance › Invoices › (draft) › Delete this draftFor Owners, admins

Step by step

Open the draft.
Click Delete this draft at the bottom of the right-hand column.

Issued invoices

Issued invoices cannot be deleted. Use a credit note.

Credit an invoice (credit note)Correct an issued invoice by crediting it in full. Its jobs and parts become billable again so you can invoice them correctly.
Create an invoice from finished jobsTick finished jobs for the same payer and create one draft invoice with their call-out, labour, travel, mileage and parts.
