The boxes at the top
Copies (with copies a month and the colour share), Visits (and how many completed), Callbacks (share of visits that were returns to a repair), Response (median) (logged to engineer on site), Engineer time (plus travel), and Revenue − costs for owners and admins (or Machines for dispatchers).
Charts and tables
Copies by month (Mono, Colour), Visits by month (Visits, Callbacks), Engineer hours by month (On site, Travel), Revenue by month (Contracts and clicks, Service invoiced), Visits by type and Copies by customer.

Where the numbers come from
Copies are the rise of each meter between readings; a counter that went backwards is left out.
Revenue is finalised contract billing runs plus issued invoices on jobs (credit notes count negative).
Costs are the catalogue cost of parts used and the engineers' hourly pay.
Tips
- Look at the Machines table sorted by flags: "Costs more than it earns" is where to renegotiate a contract or replace a machine.
Ideas to try
- Send a customer their own report before the contract renewal meeting to show volumes and response times.
- Compare engineers' callback rates to plan training.
Questions
Why don't I see revenue?
Revenue and costs are shown to owners and admins only.
Why are copies empty?
There are no meter readings in the period. Readings come from the agent, the Box, engineers and the reading links.
Can I change the period?
Yes: 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or 2 years at the top right.
Engineer pay is wrong in the costs.
Costs use each engineer's pay per hour, set on each person's page under Team › Engineers & team (Details tab › Change role and pay).
