Step by step
- Go to Finance › Reports.
- Click an engineer's name in the engineers table.
- Choose the period.
Tips
- A high callback share points to repairs that do not hold. Look at the jobs together rather than judging on the number alone.
- The Engineer productivity table report also shows Escalated (visits handed on to a more experienced engineer) and Took escalations (escalated jobs the engineer fixed). An escalated visit does not count as a first-time fix. Many escalations from one engineer usually means training on that type of fault, not a bad engineer: their lessons are under How it was fixed in the engineer app.
Works together with
- ReportsThe whole fleet month by month: copies, visits, callbacks, response time, engineer hours, and for owners and admins revenue and costs.
- Invite someone to the teamGive an engineer, dispatcher, admin, owner or customer a login: they get an email with a link to set a password.
- Callbacks: the same fault coming backWhen you log a job on a machine that was fixed recently, SubClik asks if it is the same fault coming back. A free callback is not charged; a charged one needs a reason.
- Escalate a job to a more experienced engineerWhen an engineer cannot fix a fault, they escalate it. The visit is closed as escalated, a linked high-priority job is created for a senior engineer, and the first engineer later sees what fixed it.
