Step by step
- Go to Team › Engineers & team and press + Invite someone at the top right. A side panel opens.
- Enter the Email (required) and Name.
- Choose the Role: Engineer: sees only their own jobs, Dispatcher: logs and assigns jobs, Admin: everything incl. team and billing, Owner (only owners can pick this) or Customer portal.
- For an engineer, choose Works as: Our employee or Subcontractor (we pay them per job). For a subcontractor you can add Their business name (optional) and Per visit (£); for both, Per hour (£) and Per mile (£) if you know them.
- For a customer portal login, choose the Company they belong to.
- Press Send invitation.
What happens next
New people: "Invitation sent. The link lets them set a password."
People who already have a SubClik login (for example with another firm): "They already had an account; they have been added and notified."
A one-time sign-in link is also shown under the form. Send it by text or WhatsApp if the email does not arrive.
If the email fails you see "Account ready, but the email could not be sent (…)". Copy the link and send it yourself.
Then open their page to add their vehicle and open their van stock.

- Invite engineers with their mobile handy: they can open the link on their phone and add the engineer app to the home screen straight away.
