Step by step
- Go to Team › Engineers & team and click the person's tile.
- On the Details tab, under Calendar colour, click one of the coloured dots. You see "Colour saved."
Good to know
The current colour has a ring around it, and the dot also shows next to their name on the tile and their page. Only active staff and engineers have a calendar colour (not customer logins).

- The company calendarEvery planned visit on a month, week or day calendar, coloured by engineer. Drag jobs to move them, click to change the engineer, time and length, and plan the jobs that have no time yet.
- Chat with your teamMessages inside SubClik, like WhatsApp: one chat for everyone in the firm, private chats between two people, and a chat for each job between the office and the engineer on it. Photos and documents can be sent in any chat.
- Engineers & teamEveryone with a login to your firm (office staff, engineers, subcontractors and customer portal users), one tile per person. Open a tile to manage that person's details, vehicle, van stock and jobs.
