Which Asolvi product does this page compare?

Vantage Online. Asolvi sells several field service products. On its IT and office equipment page, Asolvi lists Vantage Online for managed print and office technology with the UK among its regions, and Evatic for regions that do not include the UK. Tesseract is also named there, without details. Where Vantage Online’s own site is silent, we use what Asolvi says about its workplace technology platforms and say so.

Is SubClik an alternative to Vantage Online?

For many independent copier dealers and service firms, yes. Both are built for the print and office equipment trade. Vantage Online goes deeper on ERP-style contract administration, FIFO stock and workshop work; SubClik includes its own printer monitoring agent, jobs that open from printer faults, toner forecasts, an offline engineer app and published monitoring prices.

Do we need a separate data collection agent with SubClik?

No. The SubClik Agent for Windows is part of SubClik: it reads meters and toner every day and reports jams and error codes within about a minute, from Ricoh, Kyocera, Canon, Konica Minolta, Sharp, Xerox, HP, Brother, Lexmark and other network printers.

How much does Vantage Online cost?

Vantage Online does not publish prices; its site offers a demo or a discovery call. SubClik Monitor is free for 10 printers, then from £0.60 a printer a month. The full SubClik platform is published: Solo £39, Team £149, Business £349 a month (excluding VAT), no contract.

Which accounting software does each one connect to?

SubClik connects to Xero and QuickBooks Online, with Sage Business Cloud planned. Vantage Online describes a Finance LiveLink that syncs invoices with your finance system, but does not name the packages on its public pages.

Can we move from Vantage Online to SubClik?
