Step by step
- Read the yellow box in the Issue card: it lists the lines at 0.00.
- Enter the right price on each line and click Save, or
- Set your labour and travel rates in Settings (they apply to new jobs), or
- If the work really is free, tick Issue with … lines at 0.00 and issue.
Why it happens
Labour or travel was recorded but the job had no hourly rate. The check is repeated when you press Issue: "… lines have a price of 0.00. Check the prices, or tick the box to issue anyway."
