SubClik Print · Free demo
Try SubClik Print with your own demo.
Sample machines, queues, staff and print history are ready for you in the SubClik Print portal. Free for 14 days, no card, nobody else sees it.
Ready in a minute
- Name your organisation and choose a password.
- Your own demo opens straight away, with two sites, five machines of different brands, queues, staff and print history.
- Try quotas and credit requests, moving jobs between machines, scan folders and reports.
- Want to see a real release? Pair a print server with a copier next to you.
After 14 days the demo closes and is deleted a month later. Want to keep it? Contact us and we set up your real account. Looking for the copier service software instead? Try the service desk demo.
What to try
Short scripts for the demo. Open one and follow it in your portal; the whole tour takes about a quarter of an hour. More about the product: SubClik Print.
1. Look around the portal2 min
- 1
Overview. After the demo opens you are in the SubClik Print portal as its owner: two sites (Main building and Sports hall annex), each with a print server, and today’s printing.
- 2
Machines. Five machines of different brands: the Konica Minolta in the staff room, the Ricoh in the school office, the Kyocera in the library, an HP in the science prep room and a Canon in the annex.
- 3
Alternatives. Open the staff-room Konica: if it breaks down, its jobs may move to the office Ricoh or the library Kyocera. Change the order or add another machine.
2. People, quotas and credit4 min
- 1
People. Nine people imported from a spreadsheet or added by hand, with departments, sign-in names and monthly page quotas. PE has no colour; Maths and Humanities print double-sided by default.
- 2
Credit request. Mary O’Brien (English) asks for 200 more pages for mock exams. Approve or decline it; the decision is recorded and her allowance changes straight away.
- 3
A new person. Add yourself with a PIN, so you can sign in at a machine once a real print server is paired.
3. Print history and reports3 min
- 1
History. Three weeks of jobs: who printed what, where, how many pages, colour or mono, and which were never collected.
- 2
Reports. Pages by person, department and machine this month. Turn on hiding document names to see how reports look with privacy on.
4. Scanning and integrations3 min
- 1
Scan destinations. Two shared folders are set up (Office scans and Exams officer). Each person also scans to their own email automatically.
- 2
Integrations. See how Microsoft 365 (Entra ID), Google Workspace, OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox are connected. In a demo, connecting needs an administrator of a real account, so try it with your own when you are ready.
5. Try it with a real machine15 min
- 1
Download. Download the print server for Windows, Mac or Linux and install it on a computer next to a copier.
- 2
Pair. On a site’s page create a pairing code and run subclik-print pair with it. The server takes the demo’s set-up within a minute.
- 3
Print and release. Add the SubClik Secure queue on your computer, print, then open the release screen on a phone or tablet and release your job at the copier.
