What changes for a firm that sends us work
Its page opens on the tab Their customers & machines (or Sites, machines & contacts if it is also your own customer), with Customers of … (customers whose work usually comes from this firm) and Their machines (every machine you service for the firm).
Every job on a machine you service for the firm is billed to the firm at its rates, however the job was logged. Jobs keep the rates from when they were logged, so changing rates later does not reprice old jobs.
