Questions
Where do I give the customer a login to see their machines and invoices?
On the tab Details & portal logins, card Customer portal logins: + Invite someone at <customer>. See "Customer portal logins".
Why is there no Sites or Machines box on a firm?
Those boxes show only for companies ticked as A customer. A firm that sends you work has Customers of … and Their machines instead.

Why don't I see the Contracts & invoices tab or the Direct Debit box?
The tab shows only to owners and admins. The Direct Debit box also needs GoCardless connected in Administration › Integrations.
How do I log a call for one particular machine?
