When it is monitored
You see whether the printer is in error right now (with the error code), toner and other supplies, recent errors and jams per day, the printer's own counters and details such as uptime and memory. All printer details → opens the full printer page under Printers & agents.
When it is not
The box says "Not monitored". When the SubClik agent at this customer finds a printer with the same serial number, it is linked automatically and toner, errors and meter readings arrive every day. The Printers & agents link takes you to set that up.
On the customer page
The customer page (tab Sites, machines & contacts) has a Printer monitoring card for the whole customer: the number of printers (with errors, toner low and not linked), each agent or SubClik Box with its last contact, and the buttons Add an agent for this customer and Prepare a SubClik Box.
If the customer is not monitored yet it says "Not monitored yet." Use one of the two buttons to start.
Works together with
- Printers & agents: printer monitoringPrinters & agents is where you connect your customers' printers to SubClik. A small Agent on one PC (or a SubClik Box) at the customer finds every printer and sends meters, toner, error codes and jams here every day.
- Install the SubClik Agent on a Windows PCInstall the Agent on one always-on Windows computer in the same network as the printers, enter the pairing code and scan. It runs as a Windows service and needs no one signed in.
- The SubClik BoxThe SubClik Box is a small Wi-Fi reader powered from the copier's USB port. It finds the printers on the customer's network and sends meters, toner, error codes and jams, with nothing installed on the customer's computers.
- The printer reportA printable report from a full read of a printer: identity, counters, toner, paper trays, errors of the last 30 days, daily readings and all technical values.
- The machine pageEverything about one machine, in tabs: an overview with monitoring and service history, meters and readings, contract and billing, and details and settings.
