Questions
Why does it say Not monitored?
No SubClik agent or Box at this customer has found a printer with this serial number yet. When it does, the printer is linked here automatically.
A reading shows in red. What does that mean?
The reading is lower than the previous one. Check it was typed correctly or whether the counter was reset after a board change.
Can I move a machine to another customer or site?
Yes: tab Details & settings › Move machine. If it moves to another customer, also use Replace the label on the Overview tab so the old QR code stops working.
Where do engineers' readings show?
On the Meters & readings tab, in Reading history, with source Engineer and a View link to the job.
