- Stick the label on the machine.
Label sheets
Labels print on A4 sheets of 21 (63.5 × 38.1 mm, the common 3 × 7 layout such as L7160). Each label has the QR code, the machine and its serial number. Up to 210 labels (ten sheets) print at once; for more, print site by site.
What happens when someone scans it
They see a simple fault form for that machine (no login). The report comes in as a logged job on the service desk. Open the report page on the machine page shows you exactly what they see.
Questions
The machine moved to another customer. What about the label?
Use Replace the label on the machine page. The old label stops working and you print a new one.
Can I reuse a part-used label sheet?
Yes. The label page can skip the first labels on a sheet so the empty ones are used first.
