Step by step
- Go to Customers & machines › Customers.
- Type part of the company name or account ref in Search by name or account ref.
- Optionally choose Customers, Firms that send us work or Archived in the type list (All companies shows everyone not archived).
- Press Search. Clear takes the search off again.
What is searched
The company name and account ref. To find a customer by postcode, serial number or site, use the search box at the top of the page (or Customers & machines › Machines): they also match site names and postcodes.
Customers shows every company with machines you service. Firms that send us work shows the dealers and service companies that pay you for jobs.
