Step by step

Type in Search jobs, customers, machines… at the top right of the page (on a computer), or in the search box on the service desk (also on a phone), and press Enter.
Results are grouped: Jobs, Customers & clients, Machines and Sites.
Click a result to open it. Sites open their customer.
Change the text in the search box on the results page to search again.

Jobs (up to 25, newest first): job number (with or without #), summary and client reference.

Customers & clients (up to 15): name and account ref. Client companies are marked “client”.

Machines (up to 15): serial number, model and asset tag.

Sites (up to 15): postcode, site name and first address line.

Archived customers, machines and sites are not shown.

Type at least two characters (a job number can be shorter).

Part of a word works: “SW1A” finds every postcode starting with it, “C300” finds every bizhub C300i.

Nothing found? Check the spelling, or search by postcode or serial number.

Can I search inside the fault details?

Not here. Use Jobs & planning › Jobs and its search box, which also searches the details.

Why can't I find a customer?

They may be archived, or the name is spelled differently. Try the postcode or account ref.
