Questions
How do I find an old, finished job?
Click the All tab (or choose Completed, Reviewed or Invoiced in the status filter), then search by job number, fault or client reference.
Can I export the jobs list?
Not from this screen. For a spreadsheet of what happened on jobs use Team › Activity › Export CSV; for figures use Finance › Reports.
Why do I only see 50 jobs?
The list is paged. Use Next at the bottom, or narrow it with the filters.
What is the difference between Own and Freelance?
Own jobs are for your own customers and contracts. Freelance jobs are done for a firm that sends us work (another copier dealer or service company), which orders and pays for the work. The machine decides: jobs on a machine serviced for a firm are freelance.
