Step by step
- Give the job to the lead engineer as usual.
- Under Helpers, choose another engineer and optionally write their part (for example "carry and stairs").
- The helper is notified and sees the job in their list marked You are assisting.
- The helper taps On my way, Arrived and My part is done. Their travel and time are saved for timesheets and job costs.
- The lead engineer runs the job: parts, notes, signature and finishing it.
What a helper can and cannot do
A helper sees the job, its site, photos and the job chat, and can add photos, notes and mileage. They cannot change the job status, add parts, take the customer's signature or close the job: that stays with the lead, so there is one person responsible.
When the job is finished or cancelled, helpers' running timers stop automatically.

- Log a call (new job)Log a repair, service, installation, delivery or any other job on one screen in four numbered sections: customer and machine, the job (job type and fault), dispatch, and photos and files.
- Escalate a job to a more experienced engineerWhen an engineer cannot fix a fault, they escalate it. The visit is closed as escalated, a linked high-priority job is created for a senior engineer, and the first engineer later sees what fixed it.
- Workshop repairs, refurbishment and internal tasksJobs done in your own workshop or warehouse: machines brought back to the office for repair, refurbishing stock machines, and internal tasks. No travel, no customer address.
