Step by step
- In Search # / fault / client ref, type a job number (with or without #), part of the fault summary or details, or the client's job reference.
- On a phone, press More filters ▾ to show the other filters.
- Choose a status: Open jobs (default), All statuses, or one status such as Parts required or Completed. The tabs above do the same for the most used lists.
- Choose an engineer, Unassigned (no engineer) or Any engineer.
- Choose a company. This finds jobs where it is the customer or the client company.
- Choose Own + freelance, Own only or Freelance only.
- Press Filter.
Tips
- A plain number finds that job number exactly. Any other text searches the summary, details and client reference.
- Filters stay in the address bar, so you can bookmark a filtered list (for example all Parts required jobs).
Questions
How do I clear the filters?
Click Jobs in the menu again (Jobs & planning › Jobs). It opens with the default: open jobs, any engineer, any company.
Can I search by postcode or serial number here?
No. Use the search box at the top of the page (Search jobs, customers, machines…) for postcodes, serial numbers, models and addresses.
