Mark each engineer as Trainee, Engineer, Senior or Specialist, so the office knows who to send when a job is escalated.

Open Team and the engineer.
Under Change role and pay, choose the Level and save.

Escalate a job to a more experienced engineerWhen an engineer cannot fix a fault, they escalate it. The visit is closed as escalated, a linked high-priority job is created for a senior engineer, and the first engineer later sees what fixed it.
