Questions
Can I see where an engineer is right now?
No. SubClik does not track engineers continuously. You only see the location the phone shared when the engineer last changed a job's status.
An engineer shows “No open job” but I know they are busy.
Their jobs may not be assigned to them in SubClik, or they are all completed. Check Jobs filtered by that engineer, or open their page under Team › Engineers & team (Jobs tab).
There are no engineers on the panel.
It says No engineers yet. with an Invite engineers link to Team › Engineers & team.
