Columns

When, Who (the person, or System for automatic changes), Job (number and customer), What happened (Call logged, Assigned to …, Engineer removed, Rejected by engineer, Note, or the new status) with any note, and Where (a Map link when a location was shared).

Pages

50 events per page. Under the list you see which events are shown and the total, for example “1–50 of 1,240”, with Previous and Next.

Questions

How do I prove when an engineer arrived?

Filter by the job number. The On site event shows the time, and Map shows the reported location if the engineer shared it.

Is this the same as the audit log?

No. Activity is what happened on jobs. The audit log (owners and admins) records changes to records such as rates, prices and settings, with old and new values.

Can I filter by customer?

Not directly. Filter by job number, or export to CSV and filter by the Customer column.
