Questions
Is every change to a job recorded here?
No. Job history is on each job and in Activity. The audit log records sensitive changes: access, settings, money and integrations.
What does System mean?
SubClik did it by itself, for example a payment recorded from Xero, QuickBooks, GoCardless or Stripe, or a printer linked to a machine because the serial number matched.
Can I delete an entry made by mistake?
No. The log is permanent on purpose, so it can be trusted.
Can I give the log to my accountant or auditor?
Yes. Press Export CSV and send the file.
