Sign in to SubClik

Office staff and engineers sign in with the email their firm invited them with and their password. Engineers have their own sign-in page that opens their jobs.

Step by step

  1. Go to the SubClik sign-in page. Office staff use Sign in; engineers can use Engineer? Sign in to the engineer app (the Engineer sign in page).
  2. Type your Email (the one your firm invited) and Password.
  3. Press Sign in.
  4. If your firm requires two-step sign-in and you are an owner or admin, enter the 6-digit code from your email or your authenticator app.
  5. You land on your home screen: the office portal, or My jobs in the engineer app.

Messages

"Email or password is incorrect.": check for typing mistakes, or use Forgot your password?.

"Enter your email and password.": a field was left empty.

"That link has expired or was already used. Ask for a new one, or reset your password below.": you clicked an old invitation or reset link.

First time

You don't sign up yourself: your firm invites you. The invitation email has a button to set your password. See "Set your password".

Signing out

Press Sign out at the bottom of the menu.

Questions

I wasn't invited, can I create an account?

Ask your firm's owner or admin to invite you from the Team page.

I'm an engineer. Which page do I use?

Either works. Engineer sign in says so and opens your jobs straight after sign-in.

Can I stay signed in on my phone?

Yes. You stay signed in until you press Sign out.

I work for two firms. Do I need two accounts?

No. One email, one password. Switch firm at the bottom of the menu.
