Step by step
- On the sign-in page press Forgot your password?.
- Type your Email and press Send reset link.
- You see "If an account exists for that email, a reset link is on its way. Check your inbox and spam folder."
- Open the email Reset your password and press Choose a new password.
- On Set your password, type the new password twice and press Save and continue.
Good to know
For your safety the message is the same whether or not the email has an account.
At most 3 reset emails per address per hour. If none arrives, check spam and wait before trying again.
The link works once and expires after a short time. If it has expired you see "That link has expired or was already used.": ask for a new one.

No email arrived.
Check spam. Make sure you used the email your firm invited. Ask your office to check the address on the Team page.
Can the office reset my password for me?
An owner or admin can resend your invitation, which also lets you set a new password.
