Step by step
- Open Report a problem.
- With a report: choose Yes, for 1 hour (or 24 hours, 3 days) under Let SubClik support look at your portal? and press Send to SubClik.
- Without a report (e.g. support asked on the phone): under Let SubClik support in, without a report choose how long and press Let support in.
- While it lasts, everyone in the office sees a yellow bar at the top: SubClik support can look at this portal until ….
- To end it early: press End it in the yellow bar, then End support access now.
What support can and cannot do
Support works as an office user: jobs, customers, machines, printers and agents. Not users and roles, billing or settings.
Support is not added to your team: it gets no emails, notifications or chat, and does not appear in engineer lists.
Every change support makes is in the Audit log under the support person's name, with the start and end of the access.
Without your permission SubClik cannot open your portal: there is no hidden login.
Questions
What happens when the time is up?
Access ends by itself at that moment; nothing needs to be done.
Can SubClik see our data at other times?
No. Outside a permission you gave, SubClik sees only counts (for example how many firms, agents and errors there are), never your customers, jobs, prices or contracts.

- Audit log: who changed whatA permanent record of important changes: team access, settings, bank details, job rates, contract billing, integrations, API keys, printer agents and payments brought in automatically. Entries cannot be edited or deleted.
- Roles: who can see and do whatEvery login has a role: owner, admin, dispatcher, engineer or customer portal. The role decides what that person sees and can change.
