Step by step
- Open Team › Activity.
- Set the dates, person and job number, and press Show.
- Press Export CSV. The file downloads with the same filters.
What is in the file
Date and time, Person, Job number, Customer, Job title, Event, From status, To status, Note, Latitude and Longitude.
Up to 20,000 events per file. Dates and times are in your firm's time zone.
Works together with
- Activity: everything that happened on jobsA log of every event on every job: who did what and when, with the location when the engineer shared it. Filter by dates, person and job, and export to CSV. History is kept permanently.
