Questions
Where are cancelled and invoiced jobs?
In Jobs & planning › Jobs: click the All tab, or choose the status in the status filter (on a phone, press More filters ▾ first).
Why does the Attention count change during the day?
Some reasons depend on the time: an SLA passes, a next action becomes overdue, or an engineer has not updated a job for 3 hours.
