Questions
Is the engineer told before I approve?
No. Until it is approved the job has no engineer, so nobody sees it in the app.
I approved the wrong job.
Open it and cancel it with Cancel job. Once approved, a job can no longer be dismissed.
Why are these jobs not in Unassigned?
Jobs waiting for approval are only in To approve, so they are not counted twice. After you approve them without an engineer they move to Unassigned.
