What the list shows
Machine (make and model, plus where it is in the building), Serial / asset, Customer and site, Serviced for (a firm that sends you work, or "Us") and Last service (the date of the last completed job).
Up to 300 machines are listed at once; the count is shown on the right. Archived machines appear only with Include archived ticked, greyed out with an Archived label.
What you can do here
Search, add a machine with + Add machine (it folds open above the list), and print QR labels for every machine with Print QR labels (top right). Click a machine to open its page with monitoring, meters, readings, contract and history.
Questions
How do I find a machine by postcode?
Type the postcode in the search box. It searches serial, model, make and asset tag, and also customer names, site names, towns, addresses and postcodes.
What does Serviced for mean?
Who pays for the jobs on the machine. A firm that sends you work pays for its machines; "Us" means your own customer or stock, which you bill yourself.
Can I archive or delete a machine?
Yes, on the machine page, tab Details & settings › Archive or delete. Archived machines are shown here only with Include archived ticked.
Last service shows a dash. Why?
No job on that machine has been completed yet.
How do I add lots of machines at once?
Use Customers & machines › Move your data in, step 3. Machines.
