Sites
A customer can have many sites (head office, branches, warehouse). Every machine belongs to one site, and engineers navigate to the site address.
Each site shows its address as a map link, its access notes, Print QR labels for this site, Edit (opens the site page, where you change the address and access) and an archive button.
Contacts
Contacts have a name, job title, mobile, phone and email, and can belong to one site or to All sites.
A contact's email is where job sheets are emailed.
Questions
Can I edit or remove a site or contact?
Yes. Edit next to a site opens the site page; Edit under a contact opens its form in place (Save contact). Use the archive buttons to remove them from lists while keeping history.
Why can't I add a machine?
Add a site first. The Add a machine link only appears once the customer has a site.
