When, Meter, Reading, Change (since the previous reading; red when it went down), Source (Office, Customer, Engineer, Printer agent, Import or Estimate) and Job (a View link if it was taken on a job).
Readings marked Counter change / swap were written by a counter reset or a machine swap; the list Counter changes and swaps below shows them.
Deleting a reading
Owners and admins see Delete on each row. A reading used by a finalised billing run cannot be deleted; add a new reading instead. Every deletion is in the activity log.
