Step by step
- Open the machine and click the Details & settings tab.
- Open Move machine, choose the New site (any site of yours, including another customer's) and write the Reason.
- Press Move machine.
Questions
It is refused.
Moving to another customer is refused while the machine is on its current customer's active contract or has open jobs. Take it off the contract (or end the contract) and finish the jobs first.
Do I need a new QR label?
If the machine went to another customer, use Replace the label on the machine's Overview tab so the old link stops working.
