- Contact: on the customer page, use the archive button under the contact's Edit.
- Optionally write a reason (Reason (optional)), then confirm with Yes, archive.
- To bring it back: an archived customer, site or machine shows Restore customer, Restore site or Restore machine. On the customer page, Show archived lists the archived sites, machines and contacts. Archived customers are under Customers & machines › Customers with the type Archived.
What goes with it
Archiving a customer also archives its sites, contacts and machines. Archiving a site archives its machines and contacts.
Restoring brings back exactly what was archived together with it.
When it is refused
While there are open jobs: finish or cancel them first.
While a machine is on an active contract: end the contract or take the machine off it first.
