Add a webhook and send a test

Paste an incoming webhook address, choose the events and check it works with a test message.

Where: Administration › Integrations › WebhooksFor Owners, admins

Step by step

  1. Open Administration › Integrations and click the Chat & automation tab.
  2. Open the Guide for your tool if you need help getting the address.
  3. Paste the address into Address (https) and tick the events.
  4. Press Add webhook. Copy the Signing secret if a developer needs it.
  5. Press Send a test under the webhook in the list.
