Step by step
- Go to Customers & machines › Move your data in and choose 1. Customers and sites.
- Choose your Excel or CSV file (one row per site) and check which column holds what.
- Press Check … rows (nothing is saved) and read the result of each row.
- Press Import … rows.
Fields
Customer name (needed), account number, accounts email, phone, VAT number, freelance client (yes/no), site name, address line 1, address line 2, town, postcode, access notes.
Several rows with the same customer add several sites to one customer. A site needs address line 1.
