Step by step
- Press Month, Week or Day at the top right.
- Press ‹ or › to go back or forward one month, week or day.
- Press Today to jump back to today.
- In the month view, click a day number (or a day on a phone) to open that day. When a day has more jobs than fit, a link shows how many more.
Good to know
The week and day views open at the start of your working day, or earlier if a job starts earlier.
Hover over a job (or open it) to see its time, number, customer, engineer and status.
Works together with
- The company calendarEvery planned visit on a month, week or day calendar, coloured by engineer. Drag jobs to move them, click to change the engineer, time and length, and plan the jobs that have no time yet.
