Step by step
- Open the contract and click the Details & terms tab.
- In Terms, set what you need (see below) and press Save terms.
Billing
Part periods pro rata: fees and charges that start or stop mid-period are charged for those days only.
Minimum copy charge: if copies come to less, a top-up line brings them up to the minimum.
Pool free copies: free copies of all machines are shared per meter; the machines' lines show their copies at £0 and one pooled line carries the charge.
Invoicing
Invoice: With the customer's other contracts, or On its own invoice.
Paid by: another company, e.g. head office, receives the invoice.
Renewal and price increase
Renews automatically at the end date: the contract runs on For (months). You are warned when the notice period (Notice (days)) starts, on the contract and in the bell.
Yearly price increase: Increase % and Every (a month). When it is due you get a reminder; nothing changes until you apply it (Price increase).
Your terms and conditions
Your own terms and conditions are kept on Finance › Contracts › Your contract terms (also linked from Administration › Settings): type or paste them and press Save terms. They are printed on every agreement.
