Send history
The last 5 attempts are listed: Sent (with the addresses), PDF made or Not sent (in red, with the error).
If the last attempt failed you see “The last attempt failed. Check the email address, then send it again below.” and the job shows Job sheet not sent on the service desk.
If the PDF was made but the email failed you see “PDF created, but the email was not sent: …”.
Questions
Can I send it before the job is completed?
Yes, the job sheet can be made at any time. It shows what is recorded so far.
The customer did not get it.
Check the history in the card. If it says Sent, ask them to check spam. If Not sent, fix the contact's email on the customer page and send again.
Works together with
- Customer signature and the job sheetThe last finish step: the customer signs on your screen (or you record why there is no signature) and the job sheet PDF can be emailed to them straight away.
- Documents & emails: replies, office copy and footerWhere customer replies go, which address gets a copy of every job sheet, the footer of every email, and which automatic emails SubClik sends.
- Why a job “Needs attention”The Attention list collects jobs that need the office to act. Each job shows the reasons in red, so you know what to do.
- Complete a visit on behalf of the engineerWhen an engineer could not use the app (broken phone, no signal, forgot), the office records the whole visit in one step: real times, work done, checklist, readings and the outcome.
