Get notified about new chat messages

Unread counts show on the Chat menu item and in the phone's bottom bar, and a pop-up appears inside SubClik. Turn on desktop notifications to be told when SubClik is in a background tab.

Step by step

  1. Open Jobs & planning › Chat.
  2. Press Turn on notifications at the bottom of the chat list.
  3. Allow notifications when your browser asks.

Good to know

The button only shows until your browser has an answer. If you blocked notifications, allow them again in your browser's site settings.

Desktop notifications only appear when the SubClik tab is hidden; otherwise the pop-up inside SubClik shows the message with Open.

When the Jobs & planning section of the menu is closed, a red dot on it tells you there are unread messages.
