Step by step
- Go to Parts & vans › Stock and press + Book in at the top right. The Book in a delivery panel opens.
- Choose the Item and enter the Quantity.
- Choose where it goes in Into (the main store is preselected).
- Optionally enter Supplier and Delivery note / PO.
- If a client sent the parts for their own jobs, choose them in Sent by another company?. Otherwise leave No, we bought it.
- Press Book in. You see "Delivery booked in." The panel stays open so you can book in the next line.
Rules
"a delivery must be a positive quantity" and "quantity cannot be zero".
