The tabs
Main store / Stores: Item, In stock and Minimum for each part in your store(s).
Vans: one card per engineer's van with the number of parts, units and how many are low; click a card to see that van (← All vans goes back). Find a part in any van searches every van at once.
Below minimum: every line at or below its minimum, in any location (choose one with Every location).
Movements: every stock change, newest first. See "Stock movements".
Automatic
Parts an engineer adds to a job come off their van stock automatically (or off the main store if they have none). Parts the client supplied are not taken from stock.
Negative numbers
A negative number means more was fitted than was booked in. Book in the missing delivery or correct the count.
Questions
Where does an engineer's van stock come from?
Use Move stock from the main store to their van, or + Add parts on the Van stock tab of their page in Team › Engineers & team. When they fit a part on a job, it comes off their van.

Why is a part missing from the stock forms?
Only active parts and consumables are listed. Services never have stock.
What happens to an engineer's van stock when they leave?
