Set a minimum stock level

Give a part a minimum per location so it is flagged as low when it drops to or below it.

Where: Parts & vans › Stock › Minimum columnFor Owners, admins, dispatchers

Step by step

  1. Go to Parts & vans › Stock (or open one van on the Vans tab).
  2. In the Minimum column of the line, type the number.
  3. Press Set. Clear the box and press Set to remove the minimum.

Low stock

Lines at or below their minimum get a red Low label and are listed on the Below minimum tab, with the count on the tab. Each van card shows how many lines are low.

A minimum can only be set on a line that already exists in that location (book in or move stock there first).

Ideas to try

  • Set a minimum of 1 for the common toners in every engineer's van, then check Below minimum each Friday to restock the vans.
