Step by step
- Go to Parts & vans › Stock and press + New location at the top right. The Stores and vans panel opens.
- To add a store: type a name (for example Branch store) and press Add store.
- Under Your locations, to rename: change the name and press Rename.
- To choose the main store: press Make main on that store.
- To remove a location: press Remove and confirm with Yes, remove.
Rules
A location can only be removed when its stock is zero: "Move or correct the stock in this location to zero first."
The main store (labelled Main) is preselected in the stock forms and receives a removed engineer's van stock.
Van stock is opened per engineer (each engineer you invite gets one, or use Open van stock on their page).
