Step by step
- Open the machine and click the Finance tab.
- Press + Add agreement and choose who owns or funds it: Our own stock, Bought outright by the customer, Leased through a finance house or Rented from us.
- For a lease, enter the Finance house (earlier names are suggested). Add the Agreement number, Start date, Term (months), Payment (excl. VAT) and Paid every.
- Leave End date empty to use start + term, or enter the date from the paperwork.
- Under More options add the Buy-out or settlement figure, notes and the signed agreement as a file. Press Add agreement.
- When a machine is re-financed or a lease is renewed, press + New agreement: the old one moves to Earlier agreements, so the history is kept.
Reminders
Current agreements ending in the next 90 days show in the bell at the top of the portal for owners and admins. Click it to open Leases ending.
The Leases ending report lists current agreements by end date with the finance house, payment and settlement figure. Use Next 90 days, Next 12 months or your own dates, and Download CSV.
Who can do what
Owners and admins add, edit and delete agreements and open the report. Dispatchers can see the Finance tab. Engineers and customers never see it.
Every change is in the Audit log.
Tips
- Call the customer when the bell shows a lease ending: it is the best time to offer a new machine or a new agreement.
