Step by step
- Open the job.
- In Next action, type What has to happen next (for example “Order toner and book return”).

- Set By when.
- Press Save next action.
Automatic next actions
SubClik sets a next action by itself for each status (for example “Assign an engineer”, “Engineer to accept”, “Review the visit”, “Invoice”). These never count as overdue. Only the ones you type do.
When a next action you typed passes its By when, the card shows Next action overdue and the job appears in Needs attention.
Invoiced and cancelled jobs show “No further action.”
